To keep awareness high and knowledge current, all staff are required to complete the refresher training (modules marked ‘new’) once every 12 months.

This module covers what harassment is, guidance for managers when dealing with harassment, and toolkits for dealing directly with behaviour.

This course is aimed at all employees who are actively involved with the recruitment processes of the council. 

The course, and the assessment questionnaire, must be completed before any employee participates in any part of the recruitment process.

There are four modules, each of which take twenty to thirty minutes to complete.

The modules can also be used individually to remind or refresh awareness of the various aspects of the recruitment process.
