Good attendance positively impacts on our service delivery and our ability to adapt and respond to the changes we must make.  Whilst some absence is inevitable, some is preventable, some is avoidable and the length of some absences can be minimised.

This Course supports the Attendance Management Policy, by providing practical guidance.  It includes information on what to do if an employee is too ill to attend work, what to discuss when an employee rings in sick, return to work interviews, short, medium and long term absence.
