Aim
The aim of the session is to recognise and analyse what Excellent Customer Service is.


This course introduces general principles for effective writing, for example in e-mails and letters.  They can also be applied to the process of report writing.  The module takes about 30 minutes to complete.

The report writing guidance provides a structure and format for use with Cabinet reports, and other reports, in the City council.

The resources in this area are for people who want to improve their interview skills.  Further modules will be added as they become available.

Modules will be available to support those being interviewed, and also the panel members who carry out the interview.

This course is suitable for anyone who delivers presentations.  It takes about 40 minutes to complete, and includes practical tips and techniques with a short video clip.
